Community Living Trent Highlands

Community Living Trent Highlands supports over 1000 families in the communities of Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes and in Haliburton, supporting people living with a developmental disability to maximize their potential and experience full inclusion. Peterborough services include residential supports including ten community homes, supported independent living, CONNEX community participation, family supports and Life Share. In all these programs people are supported to be as independent as possible and to plan goals and activities that aid them in becoming part of the Peterborough community through contribution, participation and opportunities. The CONNEX program offers an array of recreational, community based, fun and rewarding activities in a wide range of settings around the community
