A decade of service at Wills! Join us in congratulating and celebrating Gord Hustler who is celebrating his 10-year anniversary at Wills.  Gord Joined the team as a contract CAD Operator in May 2012 and first began full-time with Wills in May 2014 as a Junior Inspector. In his time at Wills he has worked on countless community-building projects, bringing his expertise and passion to every project.  Gord’s current role as Contract Administrator allows him to use his experience to support many projects and the Construction Admin team.  We love the opportunity to celebrate work milestones! Join us in congratulating Gord Hustler on his 10 years at Wills. 

Our teams are so thankful for the Administrative Assistants who support our projects and keep Wills running smoothly. We have a number of Administrative Assistants who support their assigned department(s) in support of the completion of projects and business development, like: 🗂️Preparation of department or project-specific documents (i.e., tenders, proposals, contracts, reports, spreadsheets, agendas, meeting minutes, and presentation materials) ✔️Project delivery 📋Project initiation, set up and procurement Thank you to our amazing Admin team for all that you do!

Ken Smith is celebrating 15 years with Wills!  15 years ago today on May 4th, 2009 Ken joined our team as a Water Resources Engineer. Since then, Ken has proved to be an integral part of the Wills team, using his skill set to design and oversee the building of countless water-related projects.  Now working as the Department Manager of Water Resources Engineering, Ken’s experience and expertise allow him to mentor new team members and provide strategic guidance.  Thank you for your 15 years at Wills, Ken!

What does the day in the life of a Surveyor look like? Well, if you ask Mike Kylie, he’ll tell you that no two days are the same. Mike is a Surveyor in the Construction Administration department and works in a number of different environments, helping our team get the data they need for projects. You’ll mostly find him in the field, surveying topography, existing facilities, layouts, and roadways. Mike has a number of tools that help him out in the field as he works on active construction projects, existing streets, and existing sites. If you ever see him out in the field, don’t forget to say hi!
