Nefab Group has, at the latest General Meeting, decided upon changes to the Board of Directors. Sofia Axelsson, CEO Corroventa Group, is elected Board Director, replacing Jochum Pihl who is voluntarily stepping down after more than 46 years within the company. “I am both grateful and honored to have been offered the opportunity to join the board of Nefab Group. My previous experiences in international industries, and in the consumer business sector, have provided me with valuable insights that I believe can benefit Nefab. I am excited about this role, and I am looking forward to working with the team to further drive the company's success’” says Sofia Axelsson. ‘I want to thank all the committed people that have believed in our vision and contributed to the fantastic development of Nefab. Personally, I have spent a lot of time striving for the right ownership structure. It took some time and testing of different structures. Finally, we have landed in the perfect match, together with FAM AB. USA, has acquired Plastiform, Inc. and its subsidiary Precision Formed Plastics, Inc. Plastiform is a Texas-based group specializing in high-quality thermoformed cushioning solutions, made from recycled plastics, which will further strengthen Nefab's global market position and commitment to saving resources in supply chains. “Through this important acquisition, we further strengthen Nefab’s market position in the Americas and capability to support our customers in key segments such as Datacom and Cloud with thermoformed cushioning trays made from recycled plastics. Nefab's PakAdemy in Silicon Valley - Training on Customer Cost and CO2 Savings We are happy to share that Nefab Americas held the 2nd edition of the PakAdemy Silicon Valley training! Our team gathered in San Jose, California for a detailed training on packaging and logistics solutions that save total cost and CO2 emissions in our customers’ supply chains. The result was professional development, product training and networking between Nefab colleagues from all over the Americas. "PakAdemy Silicon Valley is a comprehensive internal sales training program at Nefab.
